The first sighting occured when 2 women spotted the serpent in the harbor of Cape Ann, just north of Gloucester Road. The report was not taken seriously, until a week later when fisherman supported it. |

A group of fishermen aboard the ship "Caravan" spotted the serpent swimming off the coast of Gloucester. Heisenberg allegedly fired a cannon at the creature, but it disappeared in the water before it could get hit. |

There was a group of 23 people that spotted the Sea Serpent swimming along Gloucester harbor. One of the people amongst the group was the Justice of Peace of Gloucester, Sidney Trevor. 4 armed boats were sent in pursuit of the creature, and one boat reportedly hit the serpent in the head with a musket ball. The serpent was allagedly unharmed, and the pursuit was called off. |

The last reported sighting was in waves of Cape Ann. The serpent was reported to have "turned it's head, and stared at [them] with evil eyes". Potts ordered the crew to never speak of it, however the story was leaked. |
